Ecruteak City’s almost constant Autumn didn’t look quite as calming and beautiful through a window. But then again, when you’ve seen it thousands upon thousands of times it wouldn’t really have much of an impact on you, would it? At least, that’s how Morty felt about the situation. Then again, that was beginning to be how he felt about most situations. Very, very apathetic. Still, there was a reason he hadn’t been getting out much lately (not that he did anyway). His cryptic visions had been rather perplexing this time around. He couldn’t quite decipher what they meant.
He sat in his gym, deep in though, constantly trying to fix together the pieces. Morty had been so caught up in the nonsensical, enigmatic and drastically ambiguous visions, he hadn’t even began to take not of the person entering his gym. Upon hearing the echoing sound of the doors closing, he only hoped it wasn’t a challenger.
“He…llo?”

Agatha was flooded by memories while passing through Ecruteak City; it had been a while since she had been to this historical location. She took a moment to stare at the remains of the Brass Tower, having had friends in the past that witnessed the burning, she knew the importance of the archaic monument. She stared until the autumnal sun started beating down on her pale skin: she didn't want to risk getting a tan and ruining her eerie glow, that was too important to her 'spooky ghost-type' aesthetic.
She hurriedly hobbled towards her destination: the Ecruteak Gym. She wanted to speak to Morty, the leader, if he'd any visions concerning the current state of the world, as she had little idea what was happening. Once inside the dark building, she took note of the thick fog, and called upon her Crobat to guide her through the fog using it's echolocation.
As Agatha started traversing the fog, she heard a faint echo of a voice saying "Hello'. That must be Morty.
"I'm here to see the leader of this gym, concerning his visions.", she shouted in retaliation.

At first, Morty felt conflicted. First and foremost, Agatha, a legendary ghost type trainer and a significant influence in his life had come to seek him, although they had never met personally. That must’ve meant that she somehow knew about him, which was a rather nice thought, really. It also relieved him, knowing he didn't have to deal with a challenger right now. He liked to feel prepared for those sorts of situations, but right now he just felt vulnerable. However, the reason she came to visit being his visions… Was problematic. Why did it have to be now? With the visions making little sense, he felt almost helpless and.. well, completely useless.
“Ah, Agatha. Wonderful to meet you.” He approached the woman, offering a hand to shake politely. Somehow, being in the presence of another renown ghost type trainer was reassuring. “I’m Morty.” He gave her a smile, not the best of smiles, but a smile all the same.
“What of my visions brings you here to Ecruteak City?”
